General terms for using the EZ Hauling Services website and requesting removal service information.
Online pricing
Online prices and availability are based on the information supplied by the customer and the active pricing rules for the selected service.
Deposits
Eligible Junk Removal, Boat Removal, and RV Removal bookings require a deposit. The amount shown as due today is applied toward the final service balance and is non-refundable.
Customer agreement
Before payment, the customer must confirm the current deposit policy. Rescheduling and other exceptions require management approval and are not guaranteed.
Accurate information
The customer is responsible for accurate details about the items or vehicle, dimensions, ownership, condition, location, access, trailer or towing needs, and other requested information.
Manual review
A manual-review request does not collect payment or guarantee final pricing, availability, or acceptance of the job.
Service limitations
E-Z Hauling Services may decline hazardous, unsafe, restricted, regulated, inaccessible, or materially misrepresented projects.
