General cancellation and rescheduling guidance for EZ Hauling Services quote and removal requests.
Online booking deposits
A deposit is required to reserve eligible Junk Removal, Boat Removal, and RV Removal bookings made through the online calculator.
Non-refundable deposit
The deposit paid at checkout is non-refundable and is applied toward the final balance for the booked removal service.
Rescheduling and exceptions
Requests to reschedule and any other exceptions are reviewed by management individually. Approval is not guaranteed.
Changes to the job
The final balance may change when the actual items, dimensions, condition, access, towing, dismantling, disposal requirements, or other job details differ from the information submitted online.
